If you answered

"Printers can gain strength in their arms and shoulders by printing in this method."

You're wrong! Sorry

Although the roller I'm using
in this 1973  snapshot is
a lithography roller, the ones used
in viscosity printing are similar
but larger and heavier. It is
a good workout for anyone.

However, the method of viscosity printing is frequently associated with very large printmaking rollers that look like oversize rolling pins.

These rollers may be up to three feet long and a foot in diameter, weighing 10 or 20 pounds! Lifting and rolling these during a long printing session is hard work and could strengthen a person's shoulder, arm and back muscles.

That's not the reason for using it. Try another choice.
